‘MUMMIFIED ALIEN GREYS’ Claims five ‘ET’ bodies have now been unearthed

The alleged alien beings were branded “The mummies of Nazca” at a special press conference to unveil them this week.

The team investigating them, which includes Mexican ufologist and journalist Jamie Maussan, claimed they appear more reptilian than human in appearance, but there are growing claims that they are the biggest hoax to hit the alien conspiracy theory world since the Roswell alien autopsy of 1996.

The team investigating the alleged mummies, which is being documented by paranormal website website Gaia.com in a series of documentaries, claims carbon dating tests have shown bones inside the “beings” to be around 1,700 years old.

They have claimed carbon-dating samples of the body dates them between 245 to 410 AD, however, the results have not been independently verified as true.

If confirmed, the discovery would change world history and support a popular conspiracy theory that “ancient aliens” visited our ancestors and helped them build major historic sites such as the ancient pyramids, and Stonehenge.

The team produced X-rays of the alleged mummified remains at the press briefing, in a bid to thwart growing claims that the creatures are plaster of paris put-togethers.

UFO investigators are said to now have access to the sort of “alien bodies” supposedly held by the US Government, according to various conspiracy theories.

Mr Maussan, who says he has been an investigative journalist for more than four decades, is heard suggesting they are actual alien corpses in one of the videos.

He says on camera: “People has (sic) to understand that these kind of bodies has (sic) always been in the had of the government and the military.

“It is the first time we have this chance and we have to take it.”

Mr Maussan said that of the five bodies found, three had “characteristics closer to reptiles than humans”.

Some online commentators have suggested these appear like “alien greys” – the most common type of alleged alien being, according to ET believers.

He said: “Nobody has proved it is a fraud.

“We are going to present preliminary evidence that will determine in the vision of the media, in the collective vision of the popular conscious, the validity that it has.”

The first of the five “mummies” was revealed last month.

It is claimed they have been found in the ancient city of Nazca in cables that were excavated.

However, no details have been given of any archaeological dig, or of who actually found them.

It is claimed four more have since been discovered and they appear to be of differing species.

However, the claims have been slammed as a hoax by more sceptical researchers.

Mr Maussan has supported a series of alleged alien body discoveries that later turned out to be false or hoaxed, including one in 2015, said to have been a photograph of an alien from Roswell that was in fact, a mummified child.

Gaia.com charges viewers money to watch its videos, leading to further claims the events are being hoaxed.

The research team is made up of people with pseudoscientific beliefs, according to fact checking website snopes.com, which also wrote about the video.

It wrote: “Gaia.com has a long history of providing a platform for false and spurious pseudo-science, conspiracy theories, and paranormal claims.

“We are willing to say with certainty that it will not succeed where thousands of previous ‘discoveries’ have failed, and present definitive, scientifically verifiable proof of alien life.”

British author Nigel Watson, who wrote The UFO Investigation Manual, is convinced they are faked using real human mummies.

He told Express.co.uk: “The original mummy was the size of adult human, this one is a dinky doll-sized mummy in a sitting position.

“I think the whole saga of finding these mummies is laughable and they are probably fakes.
